Agape High-Performance Youth Tennis Programs

The High-Performance I and II programs focus on enhancing students' performance in a dedicated setting. The sessions concentrate on enhancing skills like recognizing the ball, improving footwork, understanding optimal angles, selecting effective shots, building mental resilience, and developing an awareness of competitive match play.

 

Our goal is to elevate ball control and cultivate a versatile playing style while valuing the individual traits of each player. High-Performance I and II foster the development of a well-rounded player, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

HP Group Lessons 

High Performance 1

Players must: Have a UTR Rating: of 4.5+ (Evaluation needed if UTR rating is below)

Play at least 1 UTR or USTA tournament per month.

When & How Much 

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:30 – 8:00 P.M.

$35/class – Must register for all 3 days of the month.

High Performance 11

Players must:

Have a UTR Rating: 3.0+ (Evaluation needed if UTR rating is below)

Play at least 1 UTR or USTA tournament per month.

When & How Much 

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:00 – 6:30 P.M.

$35/class – Must register for all 3 days of the month.

With my extensive knowledge and expertise, I can identify students' strengths and weaknesses and guide them toward becoming a well-rounded player. Private lessons are for ALL AGES  and LEVELS. I will work with you to improve your physical fitness and conditioning, which are crucial for tennis. Through a combination of strength training, agility drills, and cardio exercises, I will help you develop the stamina, speed, and strength needed to excel on the court.

Match Strategy

My experience as a professional player means I understand the nuances of match strategy. I can teach you how to analyze your opponents, develop game plans, and make effective decisions on the court to outsmart your opponents.
